Company profile
The Company profile (/company-profile) is where you set your organization's identity and configure how the widget looks. Only admins can edit it.
Organization fields
- Name – Shown in widget headers and AI chat
- Description – Up to 500 characters. Used in llms.txt
- Sector – Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Legal, etc.
- Tags – Up to 10 keywords
- Languages – Multi-select (en, es, ca, fr, de, it, pt, nl, pl, sv)
- Website URL – Shown in llms.txt and AI chat
- Logo URL – Image URL shown in widget header
- Public profile – Toggle to make your organization discoverable
Widget configuration
- Primary color – Color of widget header, buttons, and VNT seal
- Brand name – Shown next to your logo
- Chat title & subtitle – Heading and sub-heading in AI chat
- Opening message – Greeting when customers open AI chat
- Hide attribution – Remove 'Powered by Certorix' footer (Business plan)
