Company profile configuration

The Company profile page (/company-profile) is the central place to configure your organization's identity, branding, and public settings.

Basic information

• Organization name – Displayed in widget headers, AI chat, and public directory. Required.
• Description – Up to 500 characters. Used in llms.txt and public directory. Explain what your company does and what kind of support you provide.
• Sector – Industry category. Options: Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Legal, Education, Retail, Manufacturing, Consulting, Media, Other.
• Tags – Up to 10 comma‑separated keywords. Help AI tools categorize your organization. Examples: saas, cloud, cybersecurity.
• Languages – Multi‑select. Supported languages: English (en), Spanish (es), Catalan (ca), French (fr), German (de), Italian (it), Portuguese (pt), Dutch (nl), Polish (pl), Swedish (sv). The AI assistant will respond in the language the customer writes in, as long as your certified facts cover that content.
• Website URL – Your public website. Shown in llms.txt and as a source link in the AI chat.

Branding and appearance

• Logo URL – HTTPS URL to your logo image (PNG, JPG, SVG). Recommended size: 64x64px to 128x128px. Shown in widget header and public chat.
• Favicon URL – Optional. Small icon shown in browser tabs for direct link viewer.
• Primary color – Hex color code (e.g., #1a3a5c). Used for widget buttons, headers, and VNT seal borders.
• Accent color – Optional secondary color for hover states and highlights.

Widget text customisation

• Brand name – Shown next to the logo (or alone if no logo). Defaults to organization name.
• Chat title – Heading in the AI chat widget. Example: 'Ask our AI assistant'.
• Chat subtitle – Smaller text below the title. Example: 'Powered by your knowledge base'.
• Opening message – The greeting customers see when first opening the widget. Example: 'Hello! How can I help you today?'
• Hide attribution – (Business plan only) Removes 'Powered by Certorix' footer from the widget.

Public profile and slug

• Slug – URL‑friendly identifier for your organization. Used in public URLs like /public/orgs/{slug}/llms.txt. Letters, numbers, hyphens only. 3‑30 characters. Cannot be changed after being set (to preserve public links).
• Public profile toggle – When enabled, your organization appears in the public directory at /public/organizations. Public URLs still work even when disabled.

All changes are saved immediately. The widget preview in the Widget Generator updates to reflect your branding changes.
