Team roles

Depending on your plan, you can invite multiple people to your Certorix organization.

Roles

  • Admin – Everything: create, edit, publish, delete; manage billing; invite/remove members; configure Freshdesk; change company profile.
  • Editor – Create, edit, publish trees and facts; import KB articles; configure widgets. Cannot delete content, manage billing, or change team roles.
  • Viewer – Read-only access to trees, facts, and session history. Cannot make changes.

Inviting a team member

  1. Go to Team in the left sidebar under Config.
  2. Click 'Invite member' – enter email address and choose a role.
  3. Share the invite link – an email is sent automatically. Links expire after 7 days.
  4. They sign up – the invitee clicks the link, creates an account, and joins your organization.

Changing roles and removing members

From the Team page, admins can change any member's role using the dropdown, or remove them. Removing a member does not delete their work — only removes their access.
