Branded emails (Enterprise)
Enterprise plan customers can configure custom sender domain for emails sent from Certorix (invites, password resets, notifications).
What emails can be branded
- Team invite emails
- Password reset emails
- Email verification emails
- Billing notifications
- Webhook failure alerts
- Weekly usage summaries
Configuring custom sender domain
- Go to Company Settings → Email branding.
- Enter your domain (e.g.,
support.yourcompany.com). - Certorix provides DNS records to add:
- SPF record – Include Certorix as authorised sender.
- DKIM record – Public key for email signing.
- MX record (optional) – If you want to receive bounces.
- Add the DNS records to your domain's DNS configuration.
- Click Verify DNS. Verification may take up to 24 hours (DNS propagation).
- Once verified, toggle Send from custom domain to ON.
Email sender format
Before branding: noreply@certorix.com
After branding: noreply@support.yourcompany.com
You can also customise the sender name (e.g., 'YourCompany Support' instead of 'Certorix').
Reply‑to address
Configure a reply‑to address (e.g., support@yourcompany.com). When customers reply to Certorix emails, replies go to your support team, not to Certorix.
Email logo and branding
Email templates can include your company logo (from Company Profile → Logo URL). Customise colours to match your brand.
Preview email templates before saving to see how they will look.
Resetting to default
If you remove the DNS records or disable custom domain, emails revert to noreply@certorix.com immediately.
