Organization slug and public visibility

The slug is a URL‑friendly identifier for your organization. It appears in public URLs like /public/orgs/{slug}/llms.txt.

Setting your slug

1. Go to Company Profile in the sidebar.
2. In the 'Slug' field, enter a short identifier (letters, numbers, hyphens only, 3‑30 characters). Example: acme-corp or support-acme.
3. Click Save. The slug cannot be changed after being set (for stability of public links).

Public profile toggle

The Public profile toggle in Company Profile controls whether your organization appears in the Certorix public directory.

• Enabled (default) – Your organization appears in public listings. Anyone can see your organization name, description, and sector.
• Disabled – Your organization is hidden from public listings. Public URLs (/llms.txt, /chat/{orgId}) still work, but your org is not discoverable.

Public directory visibility

When public profile is enabled, your organization appears in:

• /public/organizations – List of all public orgs.
• Search results in the public chat directory.
• AI agent discovery tools scanning for llms.txt files.

Disable public profile for privacy if you only share the chat link directly.
