Navigating the app

After logging in you land on the Home page. The left sidebar is your main navigation.

Main sections

• Home – Overview dashboard: stats, recent trees and facts, quick-action buttons.
• Trees – Full list of all your diagnostic trees — create, edit, publish, export.
• Facts – All your knowledge base facts — create, certify, bulk import, view the knowledge graph.
• AI Assistant – Internal test chat using your own published trees and certified facts.
• MCP / API – Connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any REST client to your Certorix data.
• LLMs.txt – Edit and export your AI discovery document for AI agent discovery.
• Freshdesk Config – Connect your Freshdesk account (API key + subdomain).
• KB Sync – Import Freshdesk KB articles as certified facts in bulk.
• Widget – Generate embed code for websites, Freshdesk portal, or direct links.
• Company – Organization profile, branding, widget configuration.
• Team – Invite members, assign roles (Admin / Editor / Viewer).
• Billing – Current plan, usage meters, upgrade / downgrade.

Collapsing the sidebar

Click the ← button at the very bottom of the sidebar to collapse it to icon-only mode. Click it again to expand.
