Billing & upgrade
Go to Billing in the left sidebar to see your current plan, usage meters, and upgrade options. Only admins can change the plan.
Usage meters
- Published trees – Does not reset; limit is simultaneous published count
- Certified facts – Does not reset; limit is simultaneous certified count
- AI generations used – Resets every calendar month
Upgrading
Click Upgrade next to the plan you want. You are redirected to Stripe checkout. After payment, your new plan is active immediately.
Managing your subscription
Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can: update payment method, download past invoices, and cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to data after cancellation
Your trees, facts, and session history remain in the system for 30 days after cancellation, then are permanently deleted. You can export everything during that period.
