In the Widget Generator, select the Direct Link tab. You get a standalone URL that opens the diagnostic tree on a dedicated full-page viewer — no iframe or website needed.
URL format: /view/{treeId}?org={orgId}&color={hex}
Use cases
- Email – 'Before filing a ticket, please run through this 2-minute guide.'
- Live chat / bot – Send automatically when a customer reports an issue.
- QR code – Print on product packaging, manuals, or quick-start guides.
- SMS / WhatsApp – Send when a customer calls for urgent help.
- Internal tools – Agents run the diagnostic as a reference guide.
