Link facts to tree results
Result and Solution nodes in your diagnostic trees can display a Certorix Verified seal when powered by a linked certified fact.
Steps
- Open the tree editor – go to Trees → click any tree.
- Click a Result or Solution node to open its properties panel.
- In the 'Linked verified fact' section, start typing to search your certified facts. Freshdesk-imported facts show a 'KB' badge.
- Save and publish the tree – the tree must be published for the verified seal to appear in the widget.
What the customer sees: The resolution message, a verified fact card with Subject · Predicate · Object, the VNT seal with timestamp, and a 'Verified by Certorix' footer.
