- Certify your product facts – Write (or import) verified facts your tree results rely on. Sign them with a VNT token.
- Link trees to facts – Attach certified facts to result nodes. Customers see the verified seal when they reach a solution.
- Embed the widget – Paste one snippet onto your website or Freshdesk portal. The AI assistant and diagnostic widget are live.
