Widget overview

The Certorix widget is a self-contained support experience that runs your diagnostic trees — and AI chat — directly on any web page. Customers never leave your site.

At the end of a diagnostic

  • Issue resolved – Customer sees the Solution/Result message. If a certified fact is linked, the VNT seal is shown.
  • Issue not resolved – A contact form appears. Customer fills in details; the widget creates a Freshdesk ticket with the full diagnostic transcript attached.
  • Customer needs more help – 'Need more help? Contact us' button opens the same contact form.

Delivery options

  • iFrame Embed – Paste one code snippet into any webpage.
  • Freshdesk Portal – Embed on the Freshdesk new-ticket page.
  • Direct Link – A standalone URL for email, live chat, QR codes, or SMS.
