Widget trigger: Always visible

Select Always visible in the Widget Generator to embed the diagnostic tree directly into your page as a permanently visible panel — no click or pop‑up required.

Use cases

• Embedding a tree inside a knowledge base article as guided troubleshooting.
• Adding a diagnostic flow to an FAQ page.
• Integrating a tree into a product setup wizard.
• When the diagnostic is the primary content of the page, not a secondary support option.

Configuration options

• Height – Fixed or auto (grows with content). Default: 600px.
• Show header – Toggle the Certorix header bar (logo, title, close button).
• Compact mode – Reduces padding and spacing for embedding in tight spaces.
• Auto‑start – Begin the diagnostic automatically without an introductory screen.

Customer experience

The widget panel appears as a native element in your page layout, not floating or overlaying content. Customers can step through the tree directly on the page.

Note: In always‑visible mode, the contact form (if triggered) also appears inside the panel, not as a modal overlay.
