Contact form configuration

The contact form appears when a customer clicks 'Need more help?' or reaches a result node with a 'Create ticket' action. Configure it in the Widget Generator under the Contact Form section.

Settings

  • Email recipient – Where support tickets are sent (required for ticket creation)
  • Form fields – Add, remove, or rename fields. Default: Name (required), Email (required), Message (optional)
  • Field types – Text (single line), Email, Textarea (multi-line)
  • Required / optional – Toggle per field
  • Submit button label – Custom text on the send button
  • Success message – What the customer sees after successful submission

Note: If no recipient email is configured, the 'Contact us' button is hidden from the widget.
