Billing overview page

The Billing page (/billing) shows your current plan, usage statistics, and provides access to subscription management.

Plan information

• Current plan – Free, Pro (€19/month), or Business (€59/month).
• Billing period – Next billing date (for paid plans).
• Subscription status – Active, Canceled (end of period), or Past due (payment failed).

Usage meters

Progress bars show your current usage against plan limits:

• Published trees – X / limit (e.g., 8 / 10). Does not reset monthly; it's a simultaneous count.
• Certified facts – X / limit (e.g., 6 / 10). Does not reset monthly.
• AI generations this month – X / limit (e.g., 3 / 5). Resets on your billing date (or 1st of month for Free).
• KB article imports – X / limit (e.g., 7 / 10 on Free). Resets on billing date.
• Team members – X / limit (e.g., 2 / 2 on Free). Add/remove members affects this meter.

Alert thresholds

Certorix sends email notifications when you reach:

• 80% of AI generation limit
• 100% of AI generation limit (no more generations until reset)
• 90% of published tree limit
• 100% of published tree limit (cannot publish more until you unpublish)

Viewing usage history

Below the meters, you can view usage over time:

• AI generations chart – Shows usage per day for the current month.
• Tree publications chart – Shows publishing activity over time.
• Session volume – Number of diagnostic sessions per day (unlimited, just for information).
