Managing active sessions

View and manage all devices where you are logged into your Certorix account.

Viewing active sessions

  1. Go to Account settings (avatar dropdown).
  2. Click the Sessions tab.
  3. You see a list of all active sessions with: device type, browser, IP address, location (approximate), and last activity time.
  4. Signing out of a specific device

    1. Find the session you want to terminate.
    2. Click the Sign out button next to that session.
    3. The device is logged out immediately.

    Signing out of all devices

    1. Go to Account settings → Sessions tab.
    2. Click Sign out all devices.
    3. Confirm. All sessions except your current one are terminated.
    4. You will need to log in again on all other devices.
    5. What happens when you change your password

      Changing your password automatically signs out all devices (including API tokens? No, API tokens remain active unless regenerated).

      To fully revoke all access, change password AND regenerate API token.

      Session timeout

      Web sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity. API tokens do not expire.

      You can adjust session timeout in Company Settings (Enterprise plan only).
