Reset forgotten password

If you cannot log in because you forgot your password, use the password reset feature.

Steps to reset password

  1. Go to the Login page (/login).
  2. Click the Forgot password? link below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Certorix account.
  4. Click Send reset link.
  5. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a message from noreply@certorix.com.
  6. Click the reset link in the email. The link expires after 1 hour.
  7. Enter your new password (must meet password requirements).
  8. Confirm your new password and click Reset password.
  9. You are redirected to the login page. Log in with your new password.

Troubleshooting

  • No email received? Check spam folder. Add noreply@certorix.com to your contacts. Click 'Resend reset link' after 2 minutes.
  • Link expired? Request a new reset link. Expired links cannot be reused.
  • Email not recognized? You may have signed up with Google OAuth. Google accounts do not have a password; use 'Sign in with Google' instead.

Security notes

  • Reset links are one‑time use only.
  • After reset, you are logged out of all devices (except active API tokens).
  • If you did not request a reset, ignore the email. Your account is safe.
