Diagnostic sessions
Sessions are saved automatically. If a customer doesn't finish the diagnostic, abandoned sessions appear in your session history in the dashboard.
No time limit: The session stays open until the customer returns or you delete it. In-progress sessions complete on the tree version customers loaded at start, even if you publish changes.
Unlimited sessions: Sessions are unlimited on all plans, including Free. There is no monthly cap on how many customers can run a diagnostic or use the AI chat.
