Hide 'Powered by Certorix' attribution
On the Business plan, you can remove the 'Powered by Certorix' footer from the widget.
To hide attribution:
- Go to Company Profile in the sidebar.
- Scroll to Widget configuration section.
- Toggle Hide attribution to ON.
- Save changes.
The change applies immediately to all widgets (website embed, Freshdesk portal, direct link).
This feature is not available on Free or Pro plans.
