Billing upgrade and Stripe checkout

Upgrading your plan via Stripe

Certorix uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Upgrading takes effect immediately.

Steps to upgrade

1. Go to Billing in the left sidebar.
2. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want (Pro for €19/month, Business for €59/month).
3. You are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page.
4. Enter your payment details (credit card, debit card, or European bank transfer).
5. Confirm the subscription.
6. After successful payment, your plan updates immediately. No logout required.

What changes immediately

• Published tree limit increases (e.g., from 10 → 50 on Pro).
• Certified fact limit increases.
• AI generation monthly credits reset to the new limit (if you already used some, the new limit is pro‑rated for the current month).
• Team member limit increases.

Proration

If you upgrade mid‑month, Stripe charges a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. Your next billing date stays the same (e.g., if you originally started on the 15th, you still bill on the 15th).

Stripe customer portal

After subscribing, click Manage subscription to access the Stripe portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel.
