Downloading invoices and payment history

All payment invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal.

Accessing invoices

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Manage subscription.
  3. In the Stripe portal, click Invoices or Payment history.
  4. Click any invoice to view or download as PDF.

What invoices include

  • Invoice number and date
  • Your organization name and billing address (if provided)
  • Plan name (Pro or Business)
  • Amount charged (including VAT/tax if applicable)
  • Payment method used
  • Billing period (e.g., May 1 – May 31)
  • Stripe transaction ID

Missing or incorrect invoice

If you need an invoice corrected (e.g., wrong billing address or VAT number):

  1. Update your billing address in Stripe customer portal (Settings section).
  2. Contact support at billing@certorix.com to request a corrected invoice.

Annual billing

Annual billing is available for Business plan only (€590/year, 2 months free). Contact sales for an annual invoice instead of monthly Stripe subscription.
