Languages in AI chat

Set your supported languages in Company Profile (multi-select: en, es, ca, fr, de, it, pt, nl, pl, sv).

The AI assistant detects the customer's language from their message and responds in the same language, as long as your certified facts cover that content.

If a customer writes in a language not in your supported list, the AI responds in English (fallback).
