AI summaries
Each fact can have an AI-generated summary of its content, produced by the Groq API. The summary populates or enhances the fact's Object field.
Triggering a summary
From the fact detail page, click Generate AI summary. A progress bar appears and the page polls automatically every 4 seconds until generation completes.
Summary queue for bulk imports
When you import Freshdesk KB articles in bulk, each article is queued for AI summarization. Statuses: Queued → Processing → Done → Failed (click Retry to re-queue).
Important: After AI summarization, a fact's content changes — so it must be re-certified before it shows in the widget again.
