Public AI chat
Each Certorix organization has a public-facing AI chat URL at /chat/{orgId}. Anyone with the link can ask questions and get answers grounded in your certified facts — no login required.
The AI only answers from your published certified facts. It does not speculate beyond your verified knowledge base. Each answer shows which facts were used as sources.
Sharing the chat link
- Website – Embed as an 'Ask our AI' button
- Freshdesk – Include the link in your portal header or auto-reply emails
- Support emails – Add 'Try our AI assistant first' in email footers
- Direct link – The Widget Generator (AI Chat tab) generates a full embed snippet
