Bulk operations on facts

The All facts page supports bulk operations to manage many facts efficiently.

Selecting facts for bulk operations

• Click the checkbox next to each fact.
• Click Select all to select all facts on the current page.
• Click Select all X facts across all pages (appears when viewing filtered results).
• Selected facts are highlighted; a sticky bar appears at the bottom with available actions.

Bulk export

Click Export selected to download facts as:

• CSV – Columns: subject, predicate, object, status, source URL, tags, createdAt, certifiedAt.
• JSON – Array of fact objects (same format as single fact API).
• Markdown – Human‑readable format for documentation.

Bulk delete

Click Delete selected. Facts are soft‑deleted (moved to trash).

To permanently delete, go to Trash and repeat bulk delete there.

Bulk certify / recertify

Select facts with status Draft (or Certified if re‑certifying after changes). Click Certify selected.

Certorix generates VNT tokens for all selected facts. Progress is shown (e.g., 'Certifying 12/45 facts').

Bulk uncertify

Select Certified facts. Click Uncertify selected. All selected facts revert to Draft. VNT tokens are revoked.

Bulk categorize

Select facts, click Change category, pick a category. All selected facts are moved to that category (previous category overwritten).

Bulk tag

Add tags to multiple facts:

• Click Add tags – Adds new tags (does not remove existing).
• Click Remove tags – Removes specified tags from selected facts.
• Click Set tags – Replaces all existing tags with the new list.

Bulk AI summary generation

Select facts without AI summaries (or with outdated content). Click Generate AI summaries.

Facts are queued. You are redirected to the AI summary queue page to monitor progress.

Limits: Bulk AI summary uses AI generation credits (1 credit per fact). Ensure you have enough credits before starting.
