Import from Freshdesk KB

Import your entire Freshdesk Knowledge Base in one click. Each article becomes a certified fact automatically.

Steps

1. Configure Freshdesk first – go to Freshdesk Config and enter your API key and subdomain.
2. Open KB Sync in the sidebar (under Freshdesk).
3. Click ↻ Sync articles to fetch the latest article list from your Freshdesk KB.
4. Select and import – check the articles you want and click Import selected, or Import all.
5. Generate AI summaries (optional) – after import, click 'Generate with AI' on any fact.
6. Certify all – click Certify all to generate VNT tokens for all imported facts at once.

Plan limits: Free plan allows 10 KB article imports. Pro and Business have no limit.
