Public organization directory

Certorix maintains a public directory of organizations that have enabled public profiles.

Where the directory appears

• /public/organizations – Lists all public organizations with name, description, sector, and slug.
• Search results in the public chat directory (/chat landing page).
• LLMs.txt discovery for AI agents scanning the web.
What is shown when public profile is enabled
• Organization name
• Description (up to 500 characters)
• Sector (Technology, Healthcare, etc.)
• Slug (for llms.txt URL)
• Tags (up to 10 keywords)
• Website URL
• Logo (thumbnail)

What is never shown publicly

• Your organization ID (internal identifier)
• Email addresses of team members
• Individual tree or fact contents (unless you explicitly share links)
• Billing information
• Freshdesk credentials
• Session data or customer answers

Opting out

To remove your organization from the public directory, go to Company Profile and toggle Public profile to OFF. Your existing public links (/chat/{orgId}, /llms.txt) still work, but your organization will not appear in listings or search results.
