Widget trigger: On button click (floating launcher)

Select On button click in the Widget Generator to add a floating launcher button to your page. The widget opens only when the customer clicks the button.

Use cases

• Adding support to any page without intrusive pop‑ups.
• E‑commerce product pages (discreet 'Help' button).
• Dashboard or app interfaces where a persistent help button is standard.
• When you want the customer to choose to start the diagnostic.

Launcher customisation

• Shape – Pill, square, or circle.
• Size – Small (32px), medium (48px), large (64px).
• Color – Matches your primary brand color by default; customisable.
• Animation – None, pulse (gentle beat), or bounce (attracts attention).
• Label text – Custom text on the button (e.g., 'Support', 'Help', 'Troubleshoot').
• Badge – Optional numeric or text badge (e.g., 'New', '3').
• Position – Bottom right, bottom left, or centre overlay.

Customer experience

The launcher sits fixed on the page edge. Clicking it slides or fades the widget into view. Clicking the launcher again closes the widget.
