Data retention policy
If you cancel your subscription:
- Your trees, facts, and session history remain in the system for 30 days after cancellation
- During this grace period, you can still export all your data (trees as JSON, facts as CSV/JSON)
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- Your account credentials remain but all organization data is erased
If you re-subscribe within the 30‑day grace period, your data is restored automatically.
