Conditional routing rules

In the Widget Generator (Freshdesk Portal tab), you can configure routing rules to show different trees based on ticket subject or category.

Example rules:

  • If ticket subject contains 'billing' → show Billing & Refunds tree
  • If ticket subject contains 'login' → show Login Issues tree
  • Otherwise → show General Support tree

Rules are evaluated in order. The first matching rule determines which tree is shown.
