Freshdesk field mapping
In the Widget Generator (Freshdesk Portal tab), you can map widget data to Freshdesk custom fields:
- Session ID → custom field
- Tree ID → custom field
- Tree outcome (Resolved/Not resolved) → custom field
- Customer name → custom field or standard name field
- Customer email → custom field or standard email field
This allows advanced routing and reporting in Freshdesk based on diagnostic results.
