Field mapping for Freshdesk tickets

Freshdesk field mapping

In the Widget Generator (Freshdesk Portal tab), you can map widget data to Freshdesk custom fields:

  • Session ID → custom field
  • Tree ID → custom field
  • Tree outcome (Resolved/Not resolved) → custom field
  • Customer name → custom field or standard name field
  • Customer email → custom field or standard email field

This allows advanced routing and reporting in Freshdesk based on diagnostic results.
