Connect Freshdesk

Connect your Freshdesk account to Certorix to unlock automatic ticket creation and bulk KB article imports.

Steps

  1. Find your Freshdesk API key – in Freshdesk: click your avatar → Profile Settings → scroll to bottom. Copy the key.
  2. Find your Freshdesk subdomain – your Freshdesk URL is yourcompany.freshdesk.com. The subdomain is yourcompany.
  3. Enter the details in Certorix – go to Freshdesk Config in the sidebar. Paste the API key and subdomain, then click Save.
  4. Verify the connection – the page shows 'Connected to Freshdesk: yourcompany.freshdesk.com' with a green status indicator.

Security: Your Freshdesk API key is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. It is never exposed to customers.
