Diagnostic Trees Overview

A diagnostic tree is an interactive troubleshooting flow. Customers move through a series of questions and reach a resolution — or a support ticket form — without talking to an agent first.

Each tree is made of nodes (steps) connected by arrows (choices). The Tree Editor is a visual canvas where you build these flows by dragging, connecting, and configuring nodes.

The Trees list

The Trees page shows all trees in your organization. Each tree card shows:

  • Title and description
  • Published/Draft status badge
  • Version number (e.g. v1.0.0)
  • Tags
  • VNT certification badge if the tree has a certified result
  • Content hash and published date (on Published trees)

Bulk operations

Check the box on multiple tree cards to select them. Use Select all at the top to grab every tree on the page.
