Configuring widget appearance

In the Widget Generator, you can customise the look and feel of the widget to match your brand.

Colour settings

• Primary colour – Used for buttons, active states, and the VNT seal border. Default: #1a3a5c.
• Header background – Defaults to primary colour; customisable separately.
• Header text colour – Default: white; customisable for contrast.
• Accent colour – Used for hover states and subtle highlights.

Branding

• Logo URL – HTTPS URL to your logo image (PNG, JPG, SVG). Recommended size: 32x32px to 64x64px.
• Brand name – Text shown next to the logo (or alone if no logo).
• Favicon – Small icon shown in the browser tab for the direct link viewer (optional).

Text customisation

• Chat title – Heading in the AI chat widget (e.g., 'Ask our AI assistant').
• Chat subtitle – Smaller text below the title (e.g., 'Powered by your knowledge base').
• Opening message – The greeting customers see when first opening the widget.
• Button labels – Custom text for 'Continue', 'Submit', 'Contact us', etc.
